Mivlo 利用規約

1. 本規約について
本規約は、Felin（Shu Nishimura、以下「提供者」）が提供する iPhone アプリ「Mivlo」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリの使用許諾には、Apple の標準使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement、以下「標準 EULA」）が適用されます。本規約は標準 EULA を補足するもので、両者の内容が異なる場合は標準 EULA が優先します。本アプリを利用した時点で、標準 EULA と本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、短い動画を撮影し、写りの加工・編集を行って、vlog や Window として写真アプリへの保存や共有を行うためのアプリです。撮影・編集・書き出しは端末内で行います。本アプリにはログインやアカウントはありません。
3. Mivlo Pro（有料機能）
本アプリの一部の機能は、App Store のアプリ内課金「Mivlo Pro」で利用できます。Mivlo Pro には、自動更新のサブスクリプション（月額・年額）と、一度だけ支払う買い切りがあります。各プランの価格と内容は、購入前に本アプリ内と App Store の購入画面に表示されます。価格は App Store の表示が正です。
自動更新サブスクリプション
- 期間：月額プランは 1 か月ごと、年額プランは 1 年ごとの期間です。
- 支払い：購入を確定したときに、Apple ID に請求されます。
- 自動更新：現在の期間が終わる 24 時間前までに解約しない限り、同じ期間・その時点の価格で自動的に更新されます。更新料金は、期間が終わる前の 24 時間以内に Apple ID に請求されます。
- 解約と管理：iPhone の「設定」→ 自分の名前 →「サブスクリプション」で、いつでも解約・変更できます。加入中は、本アプリの「Mivlo Pro について」からも同じ画面を開けます。解約しても、すでに支払った期間の終わりまでは Mivlo Pro を利用できます。アプリを削除しても、サブスクリプションは解約されません。
- 無料トライアル：プランによっては無料トライアルが付く場合があります。対象のプランと期間は購入画面に表示されます。トライアル終了の 24 時間前までに解約しない限り、トライアル終了時に有料のサブスクリプションへ自動的に移行し、Apple ID に請求されます。トライアル中に有料の購入をした場合、トライアルの残りの期間は失われます。トライアルは、Apple の規定により、1 つの Apple ID につき 1 回までです。
買い切り
一度だけの支払いで、Mivlo Pro を期限なく利用できます。自動更新はありません。
返金・購入の復元
- 支払い・更新・解約・返金は、すべて Apple が処理します。提供者は返金を行うことができません。返金を希望する場合は、Apple の「問題を報告する」（reportaproblem.apple.com）から申請してください。
- 機種変更や再インストールの後は、本アプリの「購入を復元」で、同じ Apple ID で購入した Mivlo Pro を復元できます。
終了後の扱い
サブスクリプションが終了しても、撮影済みの動画と、写真アプリへ保存した作品はそのまま利用できます。
4. 利用者のコンテンツ
本アプリで撮影・作成した動画や作品の権利は、利用者に帰属します。提供者がそれらを受け取ったり利用したりすることはありません。他人の肖像権・著作権・プライバシーなどを侵害しないよう、撮影や共有はご自身の責任で行ってください。
5. データの保管
本アプリのデータは端末内にだけ保存され、提供者のサーバーには保存されません。端末の故障・紛失、アプリの削除などによりデータが失われた場合、提供者は復元できません。大切な動画は、写真アプリへの保存などでご自身でも保管してください。
6. 禁止事項
法令や公序良俗に反する目的での利用、他人の権利を侵害する利用、本アプリの改変・解析・再配布など、標準 EULA で認められていない利用を禁止します。
7. 免責
提供者は、本アプリが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、不具合が生じないことを保証しません。提供者の責任は、標準 EULA および法令で認められる範囲に限られます。ただし、提供者の故意または重大な過失による損害については、この限りではありません。
8. 変更と提供の終了
提供者は、本アプリの内容や本規約を変更し、または本アプリの提供を終了することがあります。本規約を変更した場合は、このページの更新日と内容を改めます。変更後に本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
9. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Mivlo Terms of Use

1. About these terms
These terms set out the conditions for using the iPhone app “Mivlo” (the “App”) provided by Felin (Shu Nishimura) (“we”). Your license to use the App is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms supplement the Standard EULA; where the two differ, the Standard EULA prevails. By using the App, you agree to the Standard EULA and these terms.
2. What the App does
The App records short videos, applies looks and edits, and lets you save vlogs and Windows to Photos or share them. Recording, editing and exporting all happen on your device. The App has no sign-in or account.
3. Mivlo Pro (paid features)
Some features of the App are available through the in-app purchase “Mivlo Pro” on the App Store. Mivlo Pro is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and as a one-time purchase. The price and contents of each plan are shown in the App and on the App Store purchase sheet before you buy. The price shown by the App Store is the one that applies.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
- Period: The monthly plan runs one month at a time, and the yearly plan one year at a time.
- Payment: Your Apple ID is charged when you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the price at that time. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancelling and managing: You can cancel or change your subscription at any time in the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. While you are subscribed, you can also open that screen from the Mivlo Pro screen in the App. After cancelling, you keep Mivlo Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Free trials: Some plans may include a free trial; which plans and how long are shown on the purchase sheet. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription when the trial ends and your Apple ID is charged. If you buy a paid plan during a trial, the rest of the trial is forfeited. Under Apple’s rules, a trial can be used once per Apple ID.
One-time purchase
A single payment unlocks Mivlo Pro with no expiry. It does not renew.
Refunds and restoring purchases
- Apple handles all payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. To request one, use Apple’s “Report a Problem” (reportaproblem.apple.com).
- After changing phones or reinstalling, use Restore Purchases in the App to restore Mivlo Pro bought with the same Apple ID.
After a subscription ends
When a subscription ends, the videos you recorded and the work you saved to Photos remain yours to use.
4. Your content
You own the videos and works you record and create with the App. We do not receive or use them. Please record and share responsibly, without infringing other people’s portrait rights, copyrights, privacy or other rights.
5. Where your data is kept
The App’s data is stored only on your device and never on our servers. If data is lost because a device breaks or is lost, or the App is deleted, we cannot recover it. Please keep important videos yourself as well, for example by saving them to Photos.
6. What you may not do
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes or against public order and morals, use it to infringe others’ rights, or modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute it, or use it in any other way the Standard EULA does not permit.
7. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee that the App fits any particular purpose of yours or that it will be free of defects. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by the Standard EULA and applicable law, except for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.
8. Changes and discontinuation
We may change the App or these terms, or stop providing the App. If we change these terms, we will update the date and content on this page. Using the App after a change means you agree to the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
