Mivlo（以下「本アプリ」）は、短い動画を撮って日々の vlog や「Window」（紙の上に動画を並べた 1 日分のページ）を作る iPhone アプリです。Felin（Shu Nishimura）が提供しています。本アプリにはログインやアカウント登録がありません。自前のサーバーも持たず、広告・解析 SDK・トラッキングも使用しません。動画と編集の処理はすべて端末内で行い、開発者のサーバーへは送信しません。
1. 取り扱う情報と目的
カメラ
シャッターのボタンを押している間だけ、動画を撮影するために使用します。撮影した動画は本アプリの中（端末内）に保存し、端末外へ送信しません。
マイク
動画と一緒にその場の音を記録するために使用します。許可しなくても無音で撮影できます。カットごとに音を消すこともできます。音声は端末外へ送信しません。
位置情報（任意）
設定の「場所候補を使う」をオンにし、位置情報の利用を許可した場合にだけ使います。初期設定はオフです。
- 撮影したときの地点（緯度・経度と精度）を、そのカットと一緒に端末内へ保存します。
- その地点の近くにあるお店・公園・観光名所などを候補として表示するため、地点と、入力した施設名を Apple の地図サービス（MapKit）へ送信します。この検索は、場所の候補を開いたときに行います。
- 動画に入るのは、候補からご自身で選んだ施設名だけです。候補を見るだけでは動画に入りません。
- 設定をオフにすると、新しい位置情報を取得しません。すでに保存した撮影地点は自動では消えません。施設名はカットの編集で「場所名を外す」で外せますが、撮影地点はそのカットを削除するまで残ります。
- 写真アプリから読み込んだ動画には、読み込んだときの現在地を付けません。
- 候補の地図や施設のサイトを開くと、Apple のマップや Safari などに移ります。その先での取り扱いは、それぞれのサービスの規定に従います。
写真（追加のみ）
完成した vlog や Window を写真アプリへ保存するときと、設定の「原本を写真アプリにも保存する」をオンにしたときに、写真への「追加」の許可を求めます。写真ライブラリ全体を読み取ることはありません。
動画の読み込み
写真アプリの動画を読み込むときは、システムの選択画面でご自身が選んだ動画だけを本アプリの中へコピーします。この場合、写真ライブラリへのアクセスの許可は求めません。写真アプリの原本は変更・削除しません。動画のファイルに日時とタイムゾーンが記録されている場合は、日付で整理するために使います。
通知（任意）
設定の「リマインダー」で時刻を選んだときにだけ、通知の許可を求めます。その日にまだ撮影していない場合に、1 日 1 回だけ端末のローカル通知でお知らせします。通知の内容や時刻を外部へ送信しません。
ウィジェット・コントロール・ショートカット
ホーム画面やロック画面のウィジェットには、今日のカット数などの数字を表示します。この数字は端末内でアプリとウィジェットの間だけで受け渡し、動画や場所は含みません。コントロールセンターや「Mivloで撮る」は撮影画面を開くだけです。
アプリ内のデータ
撮影した動画、撮影日時、選んだカメラ、編集内容、手書き、選んだ施設名、設定、記録の数字（記録した日数や作った vlog の数など）は、端末内の本アプリの保存領域にだけ保存します。端末外へ送信しません。書き出した動画は端末内の一時領域に最大 4 件まで残り、iOS によって消されることもあります。
診断記録
不具合の調査のため、操作の種類と時刻、本数や秒数だけを、端末内に最大 400 件記録します。動画・音声・場所・入力した文章は含みません。自動で送信することはありません。設定の「診断記録を見る」で内容を確認でき、ご自身で共有を選んだときだけ相手に渡ります。同じ画面の「記録を消去」で消せます。
共有と感想・不具合の連絡
共有先はご自身で選びます。共有する動画には、オンにした時刻・施設名・音声が入ります。共有時にカメラ名を添える設定と、小さな「MIVLO」表記を入れる設定は、どちらも初期設定はオフです。
設定の「感想・不具合を伝える」では、入力した文章をもとに共有する内容を作ります。自動では送信しません。アプリと iOS のバージョン、利用状況（記録した日数・作った vlog の数・最後に撮った日）、診断記録（最近 20 件）は、それぞれ添えると選んだときだけ入ります。どれも初期設定はオフです。動画・施設名・位置情報・端末の名前は自動で含めません。送る前に内容を確認できます。メールなどでいただいたお問い合わせの内容は、対応のためにだけ使います。
購入（Mivlo Pro）
購入・復元・更新は Apple の StoreKit を通じて処理されます。お支払いに関する情報は Apple が取り扱い、開発者は受け取りません。Apple から確認した購入の状態だけを端末内に保存し、通信できないときも Pro が使えるようにしています。
2. 広告・解析・トラッキング
本アプリは広告を表示せず、解析 SDK を組み込まず、トラッキングを行いません。トラッキング許可（ATT）のダイアログは表示しません。上に書いた Apple のサービス（地図・購入）を除き、第三者へ情報を提供することはありません。
なお、iPhone の設定で Apple への解析データの「App デベロッパと共有」をオンにしている場合や、TestFlight 版を使っている場合は、Apple の仕組みによりクラッシュ情報などが開発者に提供されることがあります。これは Apple の規定に従います。
3. 保存場所とバックアップ
データは端末内の本アプリの保存領域にあります。本アプリは iCloud などのクラウドへ独自に保存・同期しません。iPhone の iCloud バックアップやコンピュータへのバックアップに含まれるかどうかは、iPhone の設定と Apple の仕組みに従います。
4. データの削除
- 削除したカットは「最近削除した項目」から 30 日間復元できます。そこで完全に削除するか、期限を過ぎて一覧を開いたときに、元の動画も削除します。
- 診断記録は「診断記録を見る」の「記録を消去」で消せます。
- アプリを削除すると、本アプリの中の動画・設定・記録はすべて端末から削除されます。写真アプリや共有先に保存したコピーは、それぞれの保存先で削除してください。
5. 許可の変更
カメラ・マイク・位置情報・写真への追加・通知の許可は、iPhone の「設定」アプリからいつでも変更できます。マイクや位置情報を許可しなくても、無音・場所名なしで撮影できます。
6. 本ポリシーの変更
機能の変更に合わせて本ポリシーを更新することがあります。更新した場合は、このページの更新日と内容を改めます。

Mivlo Privacy Policy

Mivlo (the “App”) is an iPhone app for shooting short videos and turning your days into vlogs and “Windows” (one page a day with your videos laid out on paper). It is provided by Felin (Shu Nishimura). The App has no sign-in or account. It has no server of its own and uses no advertising, no analytics SDKs and no tracking. Videos are processed and edited entirely on your device and are never sent to the developer’s servers.
1. Information we handle, and why
Camera
Used only to record video while you hold the shutter button. Recordings are stored inside the App on your device and are never sent off the device.
Microphone
Used to record the sound of the place together with the video. Without permission, you can still record silent videos, and you can mute any cut. Audio is never sent off the device.
Location (optional)
Used only if you turn on “Use place suggestions” in Settings and allow location access. It is off by default.
- The spot where you recorded (latitude, longitude and accuracy) is stored on your device together with that cut.
- To suggest nearby shops, parks, landmarks and so on, that spot, and any place name you type, is sent to Apple’s map service (MapKit). This search happens when you open the place suggestions.
- Only a place name you choose yourself is added to a video. Looking at suggestions adds nothing.
- Turning the setting off stops new location readings. Spots already stored are not removed automatically. You can remove a place name from a cut in the cut editor, but the recorded spot stays until you delete that cut.
- Videos imported from Photos never get your current location attached.
- Opening a suggestion’s map or website takes you to Apple Maps, Safari or similar; those services’ own terms apply there.
Photos (add only)
Permission to add to Photos is requested when you save a finished vlog or Window to Photos, and when you turn on “Also save originals to Photos” in Settings. The App never reads your whole photo library.
Importing videos
When you import from Photos, only the videos you pick in the system picker are copied into the App. No photo library permission is requested for this. Originals in Photos are never changed or deleted. If a file records its date and time zone, they are used to sort it by day.
Notifications (optional)
Permission is requested only when you pick a time under “Reminder” in Settings. If you have not recorded anything that day, a local notification on your device reminds you, at most once a day. Nothing about the notification is sent anywhere.
Widgets, controls and shortcuts
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show numbers such as today’s cut count. These numbers pass only between the App and its widgets on your device, and contain no video or place. Control Center and “Shoot with Mivlo” simply open the camera.
In-app data
Your recordings, recording dates and times, chosen cameras, edits, handwriting, chosen place names, settings and record numbers (days recorded, vlogs made and so on) are stored only in the App’s storage on your device and are never sent off the device. Exported videos stay in temporary storage on the device, up to 4 at a time, and iOS may clear them.
Diagnostics log
To help investigate problems, the App keeps up to 400 entries on your device: the kind of action and when it happened, plus counts and durations. It never contains video, audio, places or text you typed, and it is never sent automatically. You can read it under “View diagnostics” in Settings; it reaches someone only when you choose to share it there, and “Clear log” on the same screen erases it.
Sharing and feedback
You choose where to share. A shared video contains the time, place name and sound you turned on. Adding camera names when sharing and the small “MIVLO” mark are both off by default.
“Send feedback” in Settings builds the text to share from what you write; nothing is sent automatically. The app and iOS versions, usage numbers (days recorded, vlogs made, last day recorded) and the diagnostics log (last 20 entries) are added only if you switch each one on, and all are off by default. Videos, place names, locations and the device name are never added automatically. You can review everything before sending. Anything you send us by email or otherwise is used only to respond to you.
Purchases (Mivlo Pro)
Purchases, restores and renewals are processed through Apple’s StoreKit. Payment information is handled by Apple; the developer does not receive it. Only the purchase status confirmed by Apple is stored on your device, so that Pro keeps working offline.
2. Advertising, analytics, tracking
The App shows no ads, embeds no analytics SDK and performs no tracking. No App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is shown. Apart from the Apple services named above (maps and purchases), we do not provide information to third parties.
If you have turned on “Share With App Developers” in your iPhone’s analytics settings, or you use a TestFlight build, Apple may provide crash information and similar data to the developer through its own systems, under Apple’s terms.
3. Where data is kept, and backups
Your data stays in the App’s storage on your device. The App does not store or sync anything to iCloud or any other cloud on its own. Whether it is included in an iCloud backup or a computer backup of your iPhone depends on your iPhone settings and Apple’s systems.
4. Deleting your data
- Deleted cuts can be restored from “Recently Deleted” for 30 days. When you delete them permanently there, or when the 30 days have passed and you open the library, the original videos are deleted too.
- The diagnostics log can be erased with “Clear log” under “View diagnostics”.
- Deleting the App removes all videos, settings and records held inside the App from your device. Copies saved to Photos or shared elsewhere must be deleted where they are kept.
5. Changing permissions
You can change camera, microphone, location, add-to-Photos and notification permissions at any time in the iPhone Settings app. Without microphone or location access, you can still record silent videos without place names.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App changes. When we do, we will update the date and content on this page.
