どうぶつせきがえ 利用規約

1. 適用
本アプリ（どうぶつせきがえ）は、Felin（Shu Nishimura）が提供するゲームアプリです。本アプリの利用には、Apple の標準使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）が適用されます。本規約は、その内容を補うものです。本規約と Apple の標準使用許諾契約が食い違う場合は、Apple の標準使用許諾契約が優先します。
2. 遊び方
本アプリはパズルゲームです。すべての面は、購入をしなくても解けます。
3. アプリ内購入
広告削除などのアプリ内購入は、App Store の決まりに従います。購入と返金は Apple が処理します。広告削除・広告削除パックは、同じ Apple アカウントの端末で「購入を復元」から戻せます。コイン・ヒント券など使うとなくなる商品は復元できません。返金された購入の内容は、アプリの中でも取り消されます。
4. 自動更新サブスクリプション（学期パス）
- 学期パスは1か月ごとに自動で更新されるサブスクリプションです。価格は購入の画面と App Store に表示されます。
- 代金は購入の確定時にあなたの Apple アカウントに請求されます。
- 期間が終わる24時間前までに解約しない限り、自動で更新され、更新の代金は期間が終わる前の24時間以内に請求されます。
- 解約は iPhone の「設定」→（上部の自分の名前）→「サブスクリプション」から行えます。解約後も、いまの期間が終わるまでは使えます。
- 学期パスが有効なあいだは、学期のごほうびの「パスの段」と、毎日のヒント券1枚の追加を受け取れます。パスの段は、学期パスが有効なあいだに届いた段だけが対象です。
5. 記録
遊んだ記録は端末と iCloud に保存します。端末の故障やアプリの削除などで記録が消えた場合、元に戻せないことがあります。
6. 禁止事項
アプリを改造すること、不正な方法でコインや商品を手に入れること、ランキングに不正な記録を送ることを禁止します。
7. 変更と終了
本アプリの内容や本規約は変更することがあります。本規約を変更する場合は、このページを更新します。サービスを終える場合は、アプリの中でお知らせします。

Dobutsu Sekigae Terms of Use

1. Scope
Dobutsu Sekigae (the app) is a game provided by Felin (Shu Nishimura). Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement it. If these terms conflict with Apple’s standard agreement, Apple’s standard agreement prevails.
2. Playing
The app is a puzzle game. Every stage can be solved without buying anything.
3. In-app purchases
In-app purchases such as Remove Ads follow the rules of the App Store. Apple handles purchases and refunds. Remove Ads and the Remove Ads Pack can be restored with “Restore purchases” on devices using the same Apple Account. Items that are used up, such as coins and hint tickets, cannot be restored. What a refunded purchase granted is also withdrawn in the app.
4. Auto-renewing subscription (Term Pass)
- The Term Pass is a subscription that renews automatically every month. The price is shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancel it in the iPhone Settings app → (your name at the top) → Subscriptions. After cancelling, you can keep using it until the current period ends.
- While the Term Pass is active, you receive the Pass tier of the term rewards and one extra hint ticket every day. Only Pass tiers reached while the Term Pass is active are included.
5. Your records
Your play records are saved on your device and in iCloud. Records lost through device failure, deleting the app or similar causes may not be recoverable.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not modify the app, obtain coins or items by illegitimate means, or submit illegitimate scores to the leaderboards.
7. Changes and termination
We may change the app or these terms. If we change these terms, we will update this page. If we end the service, we will announce it in the app.
